4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver products across Bangladesh through partner courier and logistics providers.
  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operational issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on location (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka) and product weight, and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

  • Returns & Replacements: Returns or exchange requests must be submitted in accordance with our official Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, unworked, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and tags.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Customers must inspect products upon delivery. If a item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify our customer support within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package with proof (photos/unboxing video).
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Tools and equipment backed by standard brand/manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Damages caused by improper usage, water damage (unless rated waterproof), or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
